This session includes a presentation from Don Grebe (Director of Real Property) and Ofelia Alcantara, P.E. (Director of Design and Construction) from the California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA).
The purpose of this session is provide an overview of the California High Speed Rail Project, design and construction details, and the Right of Way process. This session will discuss the California Rail System, economic benefits, importance of the Central Valley segment, and the relationship between the Appraiser and the California High Speed Rail Authority. As a large scale infrastructure project, the panelist will detail the CHSRA organizational structure, design-build contractors, and Right of Way team roles and responsibilities.
